Panoramic Acres Short Term Rental Agreement

Booking Terms & Payment:

Full payment is due at time of booking

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed 

No more than 4 adults

Security deposit:

A pre-authorization of $400 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 5 day(s) after departure

Chargebacks:

We do not stand by fraudulent stays.

All bookings and associated charges are valid and final once a guest stays at the property. Staying at Panoramic Acres B and B confirms acceptance of these terms and full responsibility for payment.

If you stay, you pay. Any chargeback or payment dispute for valid charges is a violation of this agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if canceled 10 or more days before arrival

50% refund if canceled 7–9 days before arrival

0% refund if canceled less than 7 days before arrival

Breakfast Inclusion & Dietary Policy:

Breakfast is included with your stay and consists of a light continental offering, which may include a muffin or pastry, yogurt, a piece of fruit, and juice.

All breakfast items are purchased from the supermarket, we cannot guarantee ingredients or the presence of allergens. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests.

Guests with allergy concerns or specific dietary needs are required to provide their own food. No substitutions or modifications to the breakfast offering will be made.

House Rules:

No smoking or vaping inside

No parties or events

Only registered guests allowed on the property

Quiet hours: 11pm to 7am

Pets not allowed

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Liability:
Guests agree to use the property at their own risk. The hosts is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items during the stay.
